The body is meant to move, and if you are human you are designed to feel. So here I am, ready and excited to help get you moving, feeling, and moving again. Don’t we all just want to feel a bit more comfortable in our own skin?
After dancing for 25 years, I got hungry. Literally. Fortunately, I realized it was time to find movement and expression in a way that was both emotionally and physically healthy.
While I have 300+ hours in various RYS trainings behind me, I consider myself a forever student, and while I am also a certified NASM-CPT, I don’t consider myself a gym rat. I believe that every body is different and needs a unique cocktail of movement. So rather than trying to figure out what everyone else is doing, let’s figure out what works best for you.
When you are ready… Relax your face, unclench your jaw, take a deep breath, and get ready to move.
